Opening Scene:

Waterloo Station, London's busiest transit hub. A backpack is abandoned on a platform. Bomb squad moves in — dirty bomb. Using BlackSky, a classified US satellite program, authorities apprehend two terrorists within the hour. But the footage reveals something else: a man in the crowd, standing still while everyone runs. Untraceable.

Faith's childhood immersed in scripture tells her this is impossible. Her screen tells her it's true. When she's paired with TG, a new analyst with his own questions, they're sent to find a man the system says exists but the world says can't.

Then the drone sent to track him stops taking orders.

SILENT WITNESS asks what happens when 21st-century technology collides with a mystery older than nations — and whether some witnesses were never meant to be found.
